WWE SmackDown Preview And Prediction: When And Where To Watch In USA & India – 06th October 2023

8 months ago By Sports Desk

WWE fans are already excited to witness the thrilling event of WWE Smackdown just before the WWE Fastlane 2023. The event will be scheduled from the heart of St. Louis, Missouri. However, the fans will gather at the iconic Enterprise Center to witness a night filled with thrills and drama. As the anticipation builds, WWE has generously given us a sneak peek, announcing some thrilling matches and a segment that is sure to keep us on the edge of our seats. Whether you’re in the USA or India, you wouldn’t want to miss this. With Fastlane right around the corner, the stakes are higher than ever. Dive in as we unpack the confirmed matches for tomorrow’s event and provide you with predictions and viewing details.

In the first match, we have Booby Lashley and Rey Mysterio facing each other. For the fans to know, it is a non-title match. Bobby Lashley has not been in the ring for a fight for the last 3 months. So, it will be surprising how he will react to this match. So, how did this all start?

Lashley is now in a collaboration with Street Profits. Soon after the collaboration, they interrupted the LWO. This was because they just wanted to prove that they were not the guys LWO could mess with. They beat Wilde and Del Toro and then went on to put down Rey Mysterio and Santos Escobar. But soon after that, Rey Mysterio and Escobar have a tag team match with the Street Profits. In this match, Mysterio and Escobar defeated them easily and Lashley doubted if he had made the right decision for this alliance. The subsequent attack by Street Profits on Mysterio and his team was a clear message of retaliation, leading LWO to throw down the gauntlet for a Six-Man Tag Team face-off at Fastlane. But before that, we had a single match between Rey Mysterio and Bobby Lashley.

Moving to the next match we have, Austin Theory facing Dragon Lee. This match was set up after the confrontation happened last week.

Dragon Lee, who was a spectator in the audience last week, is now set to make his SmackDown in-ring debut. The WWE Universe is buzzing with speculation that Dragon Lee, the underdog in this match-up, might surprise everyone by pinning Austin Theory.

The women’s division is heating up as well, with an exciting tag team match on the cards. Asuka and Charlotte Flair are set to face Bayley and IYO SKY, the current WWE Women’s Champion. IYO SKY’s title will be up for grabs at Fastlane, where she’ll defend it in a Triple Threat match against both Asuka and Charlotte Flair. In this match, IYO SKY will partner with Bayley to take on her soon-to-be challengers. Speculations are high that to build anticipation for Fastlane, Charlotte Flair and Asuka might win this match, possibly by pinning Bayley. Such an outcome would surely make fans believe that IYO SKY’s championship reign is hanging by a thread.

Lastly, an unexpected visit has the entire WWE Universe talking. As revealed on Raw, Judgment Day’s Cody Rhodes and Jey Uso will be gracing SmackDown with their presence. This visit marks Jey Uso’s first appearance on SmackDown after his dramatic exit from both The Bloodline and WWE. Will there be a potential alliance? The potential scenarios are endless. This segment promises high drama and could very well steal the show.

For the fans in the USA, the WWE Smackdown will premier on Peacock. Also, viewers can join the show on the same. However, fans from Europe can watch the show on the TNT TV. Indian viewers can watch the WWE SmackDown on Sony TV, Jio TV, and Star Sports 1.

In conclusion, as we approach Fastlane, this episode of SmackDown is shaping up to be a defining moment. Each match and segment carries with it implications that will ripple through WWE for weeks to come.
