WWE Add More Segment For Tonight’s Episode Of WWE Smackdown – 01st September

1 years ago By Sports Desk

WWE will celebrate a new episode of Friday Night SmackDown tonight from the GIANT Center in Hershey, PA. It will be the company’s last show before Payback, an event that will take place tomorrow Saturday from the PPG Paints Arena in Pittsburgh, PA.

The company had already announced a match for the show and two segments, including John Cena‘s return to the company’s programming after his last appearance at WWE Money in the Bank. Meanwhile, a few hours after the start of the show, WWE added a new segment to the billboard.

The Miz will return to the blue brand to star in one last confrontation with LA Knight before their match at WWE Payback. Both fighters have had a rivalry since SummerSlam, where Knight was victorious in a Slim Jim Battle Royal in which The A-Lister also participated.

Furious at his defeat, The Miz accused Knight of being disrespectful and not being on his level, which has led them to exchange promos against each other and even get into physical altercations. In the last episode of Raw, The Miz appeared dressed as his opponent, imitating his voice, his movements and his catchphrases before describing Knight as a “fad.” We will have to see how their meeting tonight develops.
