3 Talking Points From Tonight’s Episode Of WWE Smackdown – 24th November 2023

WWE Smackdown

The November 24th edition of WWE Smackdown delivered no shortage of excitement and drama, living up to its reputation as the home of top-quality sports entertainment. With Survivor Series right around the corner, the stakes were high and the superstars brought their A-game. The show built seamlessly on existing storylines while also introducing new twists and turns to keep fans hooked. As we recap the highlights, three key talking points stand out from tonight’s action-packed spectacle. Kevin Owens has been sorely missed since his suspension a few weeks ago. His explosive comeback on Smackdown marked the return of one of WWE’s most dynamic superstars. Owens wasted no time making an impact, pursuing his rival Grayson Waller with vengeance on his mind. Waller was in the middle of another one of his gloating promos when Owens interrupted him, the fury evident on his face. The two exchanged vicious insults before exploding into a brawl that had to be broken up by officials. The real fireworks went off later when Waller and his ally Austin Theory took on Owens and LA Knight in a thrilling impromptu tag team match. Owens and Knight clicked instantly, combining their grit, technique and charisma to dominate Waller and Theory. The match reached a crescendo when Owens flattened Waller with a devastating Stunner to pick up the win. His return couldn’t have gone better, as he and Knight stood tall to end the segment. This was a statement return for Owens, who re-established himself as a major player on Smackdown. His red-hot feud with Waller appears far from finished. With Survivor Series drawing near, their rivalry could play a pivotal role in shaping the pay-per-view’s outcome. To top it off, his pairing with LA Knight holds tremendous potential if they continue teaming up. Their similar personalities and fighting spirits could make them a formidable duo to be reckoned with. Carlito’s unfortunate exit from the Survivor Series lineup after a backstage attack was a real shocker. The cunning Santos Escobar orchestrated the assault, taking out Puerto Rico’s finest wrestler. While the motive behind this sinister attack is still uncertain, the consequences became immediately clear. Smackdown General Manager Nick Aldis made the announcement that Carlito won’t be cleared to compete at Survivor Series. However, the quick-thinking GM revealed Dragon Lee as his last-minute replacement on Team Smackdown. The high-flying superstar makes his debut at just the right moment. Dragon Lee brings sizzle, energy and jaw-dropping aerial attacks that should mesh nicely with Ricochet & Madcap Moss on the squad. His addition throws a new variable into the Men’s WarGames Match, giving Team Smackdown a secret weapon. While Carlito starts down the unfortunate road to recovery, Dragon Lee has a golden chance to make a stellar first impression in front of the WWE Universe. His breathtaking offense could be the X-factor needed to swing the odds in his team’s favor at Survivor Series. The timing works out perfectly to catapult the new signee into prominence on the main roster. The Women’s WarGames Match also gained intriguing new layers throughout the show. While Damage CTRL and Belair’s Army traded verbal barbs and a few blows, one superstar, in particular, stole the spotlight – Shotzi. During a backstage interview, a demented, unbalanced version of Shotzi emerged. With eerie green contacts, messy hair, delusions of grandeur and manic energy, her unsettling new persona shone as she cut an intense promo. Shotzi rambled about her team not understanding her twisted madness. She boldly claimed that “what they did was change me” before letting out one of her deranged cackles. This unhinged presentation was a noticeable departure from the happy-go-lucky Shotzi fans know. Her disturbing promo set social media ablaze, generating buzz around her new gimmick’s possibilities. Later during an 8-woman tag bout, Shotzi cemented these vibes. She turned violently on her own partners, taking out Aliyah with a ruthless knee strike. Unpredictable and chaotic, this version of Shotzi adds an incredibly intriguing wild card to her WarGames team. If she brings even a fraction of this unhinged energy on Saturday, it could be game-changing. Between her standout promo and attack on her own partner, Shotzi was undoubtedly one of the show’s highlights. Her new persona has gotten fans invested in what she might do next. Heading into the WarGames Match, she brings loads of momentum along with a heavy dose of crazy. If she’s truly “unhinged”, then all bets are off on what she’s willing to sacrifice for victory. Shotzi could either be the breakout star of WarGames or implode Team Belair from within through her instability. Beyond Shotzi’s emergence, the 8-woman tag match spotlighted the women’s division as a whole. Allowing Asuka, Becky Lynch and the other competitors extended minutes to showcase their skills was an excellent decision. It underscored the importance of the women’s WarGames showdown at Survivor Series. With creative new storylines, hard-hitting action and game-changing surprises, tonight’s episode of Smackdown delivered on all fronts as WWE builds towards Survivor Series. Kevin Owens re-took his spot at the top after returning from suspension, ready to pummel Grayson Waller. Carlito’s loss became Dragon Lee’s gain, with the awe-inspiring luchador entering the WarGames Match. Last but not least, Shotzi’s disturbing new persona has added even more intrigue and chaos to the women’s WarGames collision. By spotlighting rising tensions between the men’s and women’s WarGames teams, Smackdown excelled in heightening the stakes for WWE’s exciting upcoming pay-per-view.

The show begins with a recap of last week’s highlights, showcasing the intense skirmishes between Damage CTRL and the formidable quartet of Charlotte Flair, Bianca Belair, Becky Lynch, and Shotzi. As we dive into the live action, the atmosphere is charged when Becky Lynch’s theme song blares through the speakers. The crowd erupts in cheers as Lynch, accompanied by Shotzi, Charlotte Flair, and Bianca Belair, makes a grand entrance. The arena resonates with chants of “Becky,” signifying the fans’ admiration for her. Lynch addresses the crowd, expressing her eagerness to be back in the ring and her readiness to face Damage CTRL at War Games. Amidst the roaring crowd, Bianca Belair steps forward, acknowledging their strength as a team and the fans’ support with chants of “EST.” She emphasizes their determination to outmatch Damage CTRL at War Games, intensifying the anticipation. The energy escalates as Charlotte Flair joins in, resonating with the crowd’s “Wooo” chants, signaling a united front against their rivals. Shotzi’s fiery spirit adds to the ambiance as she vividly describes her eagerness for retaliation against Damage CTRL, who once humiliated her. Her words paint a picture of her transformed resilience and readiness for the upcoming chaos. Flair nods in agreement, emphasizing the significance of War Games as a turning point for their alliance and an end for Damage CTRL. As the intensity peaks, Bayley’s entrance shifts the mood. The fans’ boos contrast with her mocking tone as she addresses the crowd and the quartet in the ring. She throws sharp barbs at Becky and Charlotte, questioning their newfound alliance and casting doubts on their team’s cohesiveness. Bayley’s provocation reaches a crescendo as she labels Becky as softened by motherhood and challenges the unity of their team. In a dramatic twist, Becky Lynch counters Bayley’s taunts with a bold challenge for a fight in the main event, setting the stage for an explosive showdown. Bayley, unfazed, accepts the challenge, hinting at internal strife within Becky’s team, before exiting to her theme music. Amidst this escalating tension, the show cuts to clips from Raw’s main event, where Cody Rhodes announces Randy Orton as a new member for their War Games team, adding another layer of intrigue to the ongoing saga. As tonight’s WWE SmackDown continues, each moment is filled with anticipation and drama, promising more electrifying developments in this high-stakes journey to War Games. In a thrilling WWE Tag Team Championship match, The Judgment Day defend their title against the energetic Street Profits. The match kicks off with high intensity as Montez Ford and Damian Priest face off. Priest delivers a fierce kick to Ford’s head, but Ford agilely dodges a corner splash from Priest. The momentum shifts when Finn Balor tags in, attempting a backdrop on Ford, who lands on his feet, allowing Angelo Dawkins to tag in. Dawkins enters the ring with vigor, hitting Balor with a back elbow and swiftly knocking Priest off the apron. He continues his onslaught with a spinning back elbow and a corner splash. Dawkins then surprises Priest with a double underhook neck breaker. The Street Profits gain further control as Ford tags back in, executing a blockbuster on Balor. Despite a cover attempt, Balor resiliently kicks out. The match intensifies as Ford ascends the top rope. He leaps, but Balor dodges, leaving Ford to land on his feet, only to be hit by Balor’s slingblade. Priest tags in, joining Balor to double-team Ford. However, Dawkins manages to break up Priest’s pin attempt. The Street Profits then combine their efforts to overpower Priest, but their cover is interrupted by Balor. In a rapid sequence, Dawkins charges at Balor, who evades, causing Dawkins to crash into the ring post. Ford retaliates with superkicks to both Balor and Priest. Climbing the top rope again, Ford’s attempt is thwarted by Rhea’s distraction of the referee, allowing Balor to trip Ford. This leads to a devastating combo from The Judgment Day: Priest’s slam and Balor’s Coup de Grace, culminating in a successful pin by Balor. The Judgment Day emerges victorious, retaining their WWE Tag Team Championship. Their triumph is witnessed by Bobby Lashley and B-Fab backstage, with Lashley visibly displeased by the outcome. He exits, leaving the scene as The Judgment Day celebrates their hard-fought victory in the ring. In the WWE universe, tensions run high as Charlotte Flair informs her War Games teammates about a match scheduled for tonight, which she arranged with Nick Aldis and Adam Pearce. Becky Lynch, feeling undermined, contends that organizing the match should have been her responsibility. This disagreement escalates into an argument, with Bianca Belair attempting to defuse the situation. However, Becky, fueled by her desire to fight, storms off, leaving the team in disarray. The scene shifts to “The Grayson Waller Effect,” hosted by Grayson Waller. Waller, addressing the audience, hints at a possible reconciliation with his guest, Kevin Owens, whom he has been at odds with. To everyone’s surprise, Austin Theory, donning a Kevin Owens shirt, joins Waller in the ring, receiving a chorus of boos from the fans. The real Kevin Owens makes his entrance, questioning the duo’s antics. Owens clarifies that his suspension ended today, debunking Waller’s claim of his suspension. Waller reveals his initial plan was to mock Owens with Theory’s help. Owens, unfazed, humorously critiques Theory’s attire and contemplates confronting them both physically. The conversation takes a turn when Owens mentions Waller’s recent match loss caused by him, leading to Theory and Waller’s confusion. The atmosphere intensifies with the unexpected arrival of LA Knight, greeted enthusiastically by the crowd. Knight addresses the audience and points out that despite Owens’ absence, Waller and Theory have repeatedly mentioned him, which Knight interprets as a sign of vulnerability. He confidently asserts his dominance over Waller, regardless of Owens’ presence or the involvement of Theory, whom he dismissively calls “A-Town clown.” The verbal altercation escalates as Waller proposes that he and Theory attack Knight

3 Matches That Can Be Added In Tonight’s Episode Of WWE Smackdown – 24th November 2023

WWE Smackdown

The November 24, 2023 episode of WWE SmackDown promises to be an action-packed spectacle for the WWE Universe. Airing live from the Allstate Arena in Chicago, Illinois, this week’s show serves as the final stop before the upcoming Survivor Series pay-per-view event, which takes place in the same venue the following night. With several marquee matches already confirmed for Survivor Series, fans are hoping tonight’s SmackDown might feature some last-minute surprises and additions to the match card. As the go-home episode before a major pay-per-view, expectations are high for the November 24 edition of SmackDown. Viewers anticipate that unfinished storylines will progress, new feuds will emerge, and the overall buildup towards Survivor Series will intensify. The potential return of AJ Styles looms as an intriguing possibility for tonight’s show. Regarded as a trailblazing legend in the world of wrestling, Styles has carved out an impressive body of work since arriving in WWE in 2016. As the leader of the dominant faction known as The O.C., alongside Karl Anderson, Luke Gallows, and Mia Yim, Styles has established himself as a premier talent within the company. His recent absence due to an assault perpetrated by Solo Sikoa and Jimmy Uso has left fans yearning for the Phenomenal One’s comeback. If Styles shows up on tonight’s SmackDown seeking retaliation, it could set the table for an exciting singles contest against Solo Sikoa, either on the show itself or at Survivor Series. Another match that could materialize from existing storylines is pitting LA Knight against Jimmy Uso. The combustible Knight continues to have issues with The Bloodline, and after multiple confrontations, he remains hellbent on dethroning the dominant Samoan faction. Jimmy Uso seems to take particular offense to Knight’s provocations, making him a prime candidate to silence the outspoken Superstar. Building off their simmering rivalry, WWE could book a spontaneous match between Knight and Jimmy Uso on tonight’s show, perhaps with stakes attached for their match to be included in the Survivor Series lineup. Such a scenario would increase the stakes for their battle while also bolstering the pay-per-view with another high-profile showdown. And given his recent string of cryptic promos, the potential involves the eccentric Shinsuke Nakamura looms large heading into tonight’s SmackDown. Renowned globally for his strong style abilities honed in New Japan Pro-Wrestling along with his success across various companies, Nakamura remains an enthralling presence in WWE. His obscure messages in recent weeks have piqued interest among the WWE Universe, prompting speculation regarding his next opponent. If Nakamura issues an open challenge tonight, it would surely ignite excitement. One dream opponent for fans would be the heavily rumored returning CM Punk. A surprise match between Nakamura and CM Punk seems far-fetched yet remains possible given the unpredictability of WWE booking decisions. Regardless of his eventual opponent, Nakamura’s segment promises to enthral viewers and potentially set up a marquee match for Survivor Series. With Survivor Series taking place in the same Chicago venue less than 24 hours after SmackDown, the potential exists for even more last-minute additions to shake up the pay-per-view lineup. WWE has been known to throw curveballs that catch fans off guard right before major shows, so almost anything can happen on a go-home episode. Whether it involves these speculated matches or completely unexpected confrontations, the November 24 edition of SmackDown is gearing up to be must-see television. The returns of AJ Styles and potentially CM Punk would trigger seismic reactions from the WWE Universe. Meanwhile, intensifying rivalries like LA Knight versus The Bloodline and Shinsuke Nakamura’s collision course with an unidentified opponent could also drive viewership and build substantial hype for the Survivor Series. By closing out unfinished story arcs or planting the seeds for new ones, tonight’s show aims to amplify excitement before culminating into a climactic pay-per-view this weekend. By capitalizing on existing rivalries and the pay-per-view’s close proximity, WWE can strategically utilize tonight’s SmackDown as a springboard to catapult Survivor Series into a pop culture event. With so much uncertainty regarding what might transpire, curious fans have ample reason to tune into the go-home episode, if only to catch a fleeting glimpse of what awaits at Survivor Series. The potential for jaw-dropping surprises, new storyline wrinkles, and added matches gives tonight’s show unmatched impetus heading into the weekend. Matches already etched on the Survivor Series slate pit elite talents against each other in highly anticipated collisions like War Games. Still, by creatively shaking up feuds, facilitating grudge matches, or engineering returns at the last possible moment, WWE can augment Survivor Series into their landmark pay-per-view for 2023. Tonight’s SmackDown offers the ideal platform to showcase a sample of that spectacle on the eve of WWE’s “Fall Classic.” Between the pressure to deliver as the final stop before a premier pay-per-view event and the one-of-a-kind circumstances of taking place inside Survivor Series’ host arena, no episode of WWE this year carries more significance than tonight’s SmackDown. It represents the company’s last opportunity to utilize Chicago’s energized crowd for final hype while keeping their plans under wraps from the live audience attending Survivor Series. WWE often saves their most shocking moments for go-home shows to stimulate conversation and anticipation from its passionate fanbase. The combination of factors at play gives this SmackDown the chance to stand out as an all-time great episode should WWE execute its surprises effectively.

WWE Smackdown Preview And Prediction: When And Where To Watch In USA & India – 24th November 2023

WWE Smackdown

This week’s episode of Friday Night SmackDown on November 24th marks the final stop before one of WWE’s big four pay-per-views, Survivor Series, emanating from Allstate Arena in Chicago on Saturday. With tensions running high, the SmackDown superstars will be looking to gain momentum heading into the traditional Raw versus SmackDown elimination matches. Viewers can expect the intensities to boil over this Friday night. Feuds will hit their peak, rivalries will become more personal, and we may even see some surprise returns or debuts as Survivor Series looms just one day away. The Allstate Arena crowd, already hyped for Survivor Series, will only elevate the emotions of the competitors. As far as matches go, we’ll likely see high-stakes bouts like Cody Rhode’s team against The Judgment Day. Apart from this, we will see Rhea Ripley defending her title. Here in this article, we bring you all the confirmed matches for the WWE Smackdown event today. The spotlight of this Friday Night SmackDown shines brightly on the Undisputed WWE Tag Team Championship match. The challengers, The Street Profits – Angelo Dawkins and Montez Ford – clash with the formidable titleholders, The Judgment Day’s Finn Balor and Damian Priest. The Street Profits earned this opportunity by overcoming Brawling Brutes and Pretty Deadly in a thrilling Triple Threat #1 contender’s match last week. They will be hungry to capture the gold. However, Balor and Priest have proven to be dominant champions aided by The Judgment Day’s interference tactics. With Dominik Mysterio and JD McDonagh likely lurking at ringside, the odds seem stacked against The Street Profits. Nonetheless, The Street Profits promises to show up with unmatched energy and aerial athleticism. Montez Ford’s gravity-defying moves like the Frog Splash could be a difference-maker. For Judgment Day, Balor and Priest will look to ground the high-flyers with a bruising in-ring style and frequent tags to stay fresh. This first-time-ever title match not only promises electricity but also has implications for the Survivor Series. If The Judgment Day retains, they will carry the titles and momentum into Saturday’s WarGames match against Brawling Brutes. But if The Street Profits were to shock the world, it would be a major setback for The Judgment Day heading into their biggest match of the year. No matter the outcome, the Undisputed WWE Tag Team Titles will be on the line in what is destined to be an instant classic bout! Kevin Owens Returns for ‘Grayson Waller Effect’. Kevin Owens is set to return after his suspension, bringing his trademark attitude and outspoken persona back to Friday Night SmackDown. His destination is the “Grayson Waller Effect” segment to confront the cocky Waller. Owens was suspended several weeks ago for getting physical with Theory and Waller while serving special guest commentary duties. Never one to shy away from speaking his mind or taking matters into his own hands, Owens let his emotions boil over and landed himself in hot water with WWE management. But now after patiently serving his suspension, the popular superstar returns on the eve of Survivor Series. There is no love lost between Owens and Waller, who have engaged in a bitter war of words in recent months. With the loud-mouthed Waller likely to verbally prod and provoke, one can expect the outspoken Owens to unleash weeks of built-up frustration. Sparks are guaranteed to fly in this verbally-charged segment. An irate Owens may hold nothing back, getting in Waller’s face and possibly pulling no punches. Waller has backup in the form of Theory, but Owens is fearless when fired up. This complex storyline promises to get intensely personal and physical in a hurry. Will Owens and Waller come to blows just 24 hours before Survivor Series? And might Theory feel Owens’ rage as well? The veteran Owens is a must-see television whenever a microphone is in his hands. His upcoming face-to-face with the rising Waller may steal the show in Chicago! The high stakes for the women’s WarGames match will intensify with the WarGames advantage yet to be determined. This week, the fans will vote online to give either Team Belair or Damage CTRL the coveted advantage during Saturday’s brutality. Last week’s edition of SmackDown witnessed a wild brawl break out with all competitors throwing fists and fury. The animosity is red-hot between these two teams as they look to settle the score inside the unforgiving double cage structure. On one side, Raw Women’s Champion Bianca Belair teams with Becky Lynch, Asuka, Alexa Bliss and a partner to be named. Across the ring, the vicious trio of Damage CTRL looks to conquer yet again. Bayley, Dakota Kai and Iyo Sky have run roughshod, but have their biggest test to date on the horizon. The WarGames advantage often proves critical, letting the team control the numbers game when the match begins. Will Team Belair gain the edge through the fan vote? Or will Damage CTRL find a way to cheat their way to control, as they have so often done before? Either way, the tension mounts and this bitter rivalry will wage war with no mercy to determine the superior faction once and for all. Expect plenty of last words between warring combatants on SmackDown before the iconic structure welcomes both teams on Saturday night! Fans in the United States can catch this thrill-ride episode of SmackDown at 8 PM EST/7 PM CT on Peacock. Viewers in India can tune in on Sony Ten 1 and Sony Ten 3 at 5:30 AM IST on Saturday. No matter what continent you are on, this SmackDown promises intense title action, a heated war of words, and a final build towards Saturday’s Survivor Series spectacle. As storylines unfold and tensions boil over, the road to WWE’s fall classic takes one last pitstop before the real fireworks begin. Will The Street Profits dethrone The Judgment Day? What chaos awaits when Kevin Owens and Grayson Waller meet face-to-face? And which team will earn the WarGames advantage? The only way to find out is to

3 Talking Points From Tonight’s Episode Of WWE Smackdown – 17th November 2023

WWE Smackdown

Welcome everyone to another exciting edition of the blue brand’s weekly show, SmackDown! Tonight was jam-packed with high-octane action and compelling storylines that have set the stage for the upcoming Survivor Series pay-per-view. There were several notable moments throughout the night that are worth discussing, so let’s get right into the top 3 talking points from tonight’s episode. The first talking point from the Smackdown was in the Damage CTRL. One of the most interesting developments tonight revolved around the dominant heel faction Damage CTRL. Ever since Bayley brought Dakota Kai and IYO SKY over from NXT to join her and Raw’s Asuka, Damage CTRL has run roughshod over the WWE women’s division. However, cracks seem to be appearing in the foundation of the group. During a backstage interview, Kai translated a conversation between Asuka, SKY, and Kairi Sane where SKY apparently stated that this wasn’t the “new and improved” Damage CTRL because someone in the group isn’t part of that vision. While Kai claimed SKY was referring to Asuka not yet being an official member, it was clear Bayley sensed the comment was aimed at her. Bayley’s shocked reaction showed she is fully aware dissension is brewing within Damage CTRL’s ranks. This is a refreshing change of pace from the typical breakup angle where the leader ignores obvious warning signs. Bayley’s superb character work here has me invested to see where this story goes next. A group imploding from within rather than the standard leader kicking someone out offers plenty of possibilities. I’m very excited to see how this situation unfolds in the coming weeks, especially with Survivor Series looming. This has the potential to be an all-time great stable breakup storyline if booked correctly. The second talking point is when Santos Escobar shredded the LWO faction during a blistering promo. Escobar has led the new incarnation of the iconic Latino World Order stable since March, recruiting Dominik Mysterio as his lieutenant and Zelina Vega as a manager. However, cracks emerged after Dominik turned on his father Rey Mysterio and tensions arose between Vega and Escobar. Tonight, Escobar went nuclear and destroyed the LWO epically. Escobar stated the old saying “never meet your heroes” rings true, agreeing with Dominik’s harsh comments about Rey last week. Escobar shockingly said he hopes Rey’s recent knee surgery went poorly and wished for an infection, leg amputation, and for the wrestling legend to never perform again. This intense promo led to a confrontation with Vega, who slapped Escobar for his words. Escobar’s former Legado del Fantasma partners Cruz Del Toro and Joaquin Wilde also took issue with his actions. The chaos brought out Carlito, who has a long history with Escobar. This led to a match between Escobar and Carlito being announced for Survivor Series. Where things go from here is wide open, which is exciting. Carlito didn’t return simply to back Rey Mysterio. He excels as a heel, so realigning as one again would make sense. Wilde and Del Toro have mostly been Escobar’s followers, so perhaps they turn on him as part of a grand plan. Escobar’s rant likely ends Dominik’s LWO run, but could Dominik reunite with Rey upon his return? That would allow Zelina Vega to get back to managing him. Plus, Vega was on fire earlier this year and could use rejuvenation herself. The implosion of the LWO has opened up many possible directions this storyline could take. While the stable didn’t last long, its destruction sets up some intriguing possibilities going forward. Escobar has proven his elite promo skills and ability to generate interest in any feud. By verbally annihilating the LWO in such a spectacular fashion, he has created buzz and questions that will keep fans invested. We have multiple wrestlers in Escobar, Vega, Dominik, Rey, Wilde, Del Toro, and Carlito who could develop in interesting ways from this point. Credit WWE’s creative team for crafting a compelling narrative that will have the audience eagerly anticipating how everything unfolds. One pleasant surprise of the night was Cody Rhodes showing up on SmackDown to confront The Bloodline. While Rhodes is gearing up for WarGames against The Judgment Day, he hasn’t forgotten about his quest to defeat Roman Reigns and win the Undisputed WWE Universal Championship. Rhodes’ unwavering obsession with finishing his story with Reigns led to an exciting appearance tonight. After LA Knight interrupted Paul Heyman, Rhodes came out to even the odds and help Sheamus defeat Solo Sikoa and Sami Zayn in a tag team match. Rhodes popping up to remind fans he still despises The Bloodline and is laser-focused on Reigns was excellent subtle storytelling. Despite being involved in the WarGames match at Survivor Series, Rhodes is consistently staying true to his goal of toppling Reigns. It was great to see WWE not assume fans are incapable of following multiple story arcs at once. Rhodes pursing both The Judgment Day and The Bloodline simultaneously shows trust in the audience’s intelligence. His hatred of The Bloodline supersedes all else, so of course he would seize any chance to inflict damage on them. This consistency adds layers of believability to Rhodes’ motivations. Additionally, the brief backstage moment between Rhodes and new SmackDown GM Nick Aldis hit the right notes. Aldis awkwardly hinting it was time for Rhodes to leave after invading the show avoided consequences while still acknowledging the breach of boundaries. This segment was crafted intelligently to progress different stories at once. In summary, Rhodes appearing to fight The Bloodline exemplified strong, nuanced long-term storytelling. WWE trusted viewers to recall his feud with Reigns hasn’t concluded despite being occupied with Judgment Day. This multi-layered consistency rewards engaged fans. Cody’s unwavering vendetta against The Bloodline continues to build anticipation for the eventual climax.

WWE SmackDown

In an electrifying start to WWE SmackDown, the arena buzzed with anticipation as Damage CTRL confidently made their way down to the ring. Bayley, the group’s charismatic leader, seized the moment to address the audience. She boldly proclaimed that recruiting Asuka into Damage CTRL marked a historic moment in WWE’s legacy. Her conviction was clear: the newly reinforced Damage CTRL stood as the most formidable faction in WWE. The atmosphere intensified as Asuka, IYO, and Kairi Sane conversed in Japanese, their words echoing in the arena, while Bayley’s laughter resonated with confidence. However, Dakota, another member of Damage CTRL, interjected with a startling revelation. She pointed out that Asuka’s integration into their faction wasn’t official yet, as Bayley hadn’t formally welcomed her. This moment led to Bayley, with a sense of ceremony, offering a t-shirt to Asuka, inviting her to join Damage CTRL. The plot thickened when Dakota issued a bold challenge to Charlotte Flair: to assemble a team and face them in the War Games. This dramatic call to action was suddenly interrupted by Shotzi’s entrance music. The audience’s attention was drawn to Shotzi’s unmanned tank at the entrance, only to be surprised by her aerial attack from the top rope. This ambush sparked a chaotic brawl in the ring, involving Charlotte Flair and Bianca Belair, which ended with Damage CTRL retreating outside the ring. Backstage, the focus shifted to Shotzi, Bianca, and Flair, who were seen strategizing. Bianca hinted at the need for a fourth team member, suggesting that Flair might have someone in mind for this crucial role. This conversation was unexpectedly joined by Nick Aldis, who emphasized the urgency of revealing their fourth team member by the night’s end. The WWE SmackDown arena erupted with excitement as the Number One Contender’s match commenced, featuring Pretty Deadly (Elton Prince and Kit Wilson), The Street Profits (Angelo Dawkins and Montez Ford), and The Brawling Brutes (Ridge Holland and Butch). The bell rang, and the energy in the arena intensified. Butch, Dawkins, and Prince kicked off the match. Butch unleashed chops to Prince’s chest, but Dawkins quickly countered with a powerful shoulder tackle onto Butch. The match’s tempo increased when Ford got tagged in, joining Dawkins in a dynamic double team against Butch and Prince. The action didn’t let up. Dawkins re-entered the ring, maintaining the momentum with relentless stomps on Butch and a series of right hands on Prince. Ford was tagged back, landing a strong clothesline on Butch. Wilson entered the fray, and he and Prince briefly gained the upper hand, double-teaming Ford and Butch. However, Holland was quickly tagged in, shifting the dynamics with a shoulder tackle and a DDT on Wilson, followed by a forceful clothesline sending Wilson to the ring apron. The match’s intensity escalated as Butch and Holland teamed up for the 10 Beats of the Bodhran, but The Street Profits intervened. Unfazed, The Brawling Brutes redirected their attack, successfully landing the 10 Beats on The Street Profits. However, Pretty Deadly cunningly threw The Brawling Brutes outside, with Holland crashing into the ring steps. Inside the ring, Ford and Prince attempted to suplex Ridge, but Ridge turned the tables with a formidable double suplex. The match saw continuous action as Dawkins and Butch were tagged in. Butch displayed agility and strength with kicks to Dawkins and Prince, followed by a jumping DDT on Prince outside the ring. Butch’s athleticism shone through as he executed a moonsault onto his opponents outside the ring, then threw Dawkins back in for more action. Despite Dawkins’ resilience, Butch maintained control with a reverse DDT, but Dawkins narrowly escaped the pin. The match saw a whirlwind of tags and exchanges, with Holland, Ford, and Wilson entering the fray. Holland’s power was evident as he knocked down Ford, but Wilson quickly countered, knocking Holland down. The action reached a fever pitch as Holland and Wilson battled on the ropes, with Prince sneakily tagging himself in. The climax of the match saw a flurry of moves: Holland’s suplex on Wilson, Ford’s spectacular frog splash on Holland, and Prince’s near pin, which Butch valiantly broke up. The match’s tension was palpable as it reached its final moments. Backstage, the camera caught a glimpse of Bobby Lashley intently watching the match, joined by B-Fab, who inquired about his interest. Lashley’s focus remained unbroken, hinting at his vested interest in the outcome. In the ring, the chaos continued. Butch’s attempted Brogue Kick on Prince misfired, accidentally hitting Holland instead. Seizing the moment, The Street Profits threw Pretty Deadly out of the ring and delivered The Revelation on Holland, securing a hard-fought victory with a decisive pin. The arena burst into cheers as The Street Profits celebrated their well-deserved win. In a surprising turn, Bobby Lashley emerged, joining the victors in their jubilation, adding a layer of intrigue to the already electric atmosphere of WWE SmackDown. The WWE SmackDown another segment opened with Bianca Belair engaging in a serious conversation with Michin. Their interaction, marked by a firm handshake, hinted at a significant alliance or agreement. However, the atmosphere quickly shifted as the show returned from a commercial break. The scene erupted into chaos as Damage CTRL was caught in the act of viciously attacking Michin. WWE officials rushed in, working hard to break up the brawl and restore order. This intense moment underscored the ongoing tensions and rivalries within the WWE. The broadcast then turned its focus to a recap of last week’s show, highlighting a pivotal moment where Santos Escobar launched an attack on Rey Mysterio. This flashback set the stage for the next development: Dragon Lee was shown conversing with Nick Aldis. In their dialogue, Dragon Lee proposed a match to honor the legacy of Rey Mysterio. Aldis accepted the challenge, agreeing to take on Axium from NXT, thus setting up an exciting new match-up. The match between Dragon Lee and Axium began with high energy. As soon as the bell rang, Dragon Lee quickly asserted his dominance with a

One of the most anticipated matches already confirmed for Survivor Series is the men’s WarGames match, which will pit The Bloodline against Drew McIntyre, Kevin Owens, Sheamus and The Brawling Brutes. There are sure to be some big developments in the build-up to this match tonight. In addition to the WarGames hype, WWE will also need to find a replacement for the injured Rey Mysterio on Team SmackDown at the Survivor Series. Mysterio underwent knee surgery earlier this week after an attack from his now-former stablemate Santos Escobar last Friday night on SmackDown. With Mysterio now sidelined for the foreseeable future, his spot on Team SmackDown remains up for grabs. Escobar’s vicious assault on Mysterio came after tensions boiled over between the two lucha libre legends following Carlito’s loss to Bobby Lashley. Escobar took exception to Mysterio showing support for Carlito after the match, leading the Leader of Legado Del Fantasma to viciously attack his fellow LWO member. Now that Mysterio is out recovering from knee surgery, WWE may look to insert Escobar into a match with Carlito tonight on SmackDown. The two men have unfinished business after last week’s incident, and a singles match between them tonight would allow Escobar and Carlito to settle their brewing rivalry. Having Escobar pick up a win over Carlito would establish him as a threat to potentially replace Mysterio on Team SmackDown at Survivor Series. As one of the top rising stars on the SmackDown brand, Escobar could be an intriguing addition to the men’s 5-on-5 elimination match at the premium live event. A match between Santos Escobar and Carlito tonight on SmackDown would provide an opportunity for the ruthless Leader of Legado Del Fantasma to gain momentum while also getting retribution on Carlito. Their issues stem from last week’s incident with Mysterio, and a one-on-one contest tonight would allow them to fight out their differences. Last week’s episode of SmackDown saw the women’s WarGames match for the upcoming Survivor Series take shape, but not without some shocking betrayal. In the main event, Asuka turned on her partners Charlotte Flair and Bianca Belair, aligning herself with Damage CTRL’s Bayley, IYO SKY and Dakota Kai. The new faction was formed earlier in the night when IYO and Dakota recruited returning superstar Kairi Sane into Damage CTRL, claiming they needed her to ‘take the load off’ Bayley. Kairi accepted the offer, forgiving Bayley for the previous attack that put Kairi out of action for nearly three years. Now with Asuka shockingly joining forces with Damage CTRL, the WarGames match at Survivor Series appears set to feature Bayley, IYO, Dakota, Kairi and Asuka against Bianca, Charlotte, Shotzi and a mystery fourth partner. Given how abruptly Asuka turned on Charlotte last week, tensions are running high between the two former allies. As a result, we could see Charlotte and Asuka clash in a singles match tonight on SmackDown. Charlotte likely feels betrayed by her now-former partner, and will be eager to get retribution against the woman who turned her back on Team SmackDown. Asuka has aligned with Damage CTRL for an unknown reason, but a match against Charlotte would allow her to prove she made the right move. If the match takes place, look for plenty of outside interference from the rest of Damage CTRL. While Asuka and Charlotte battle in the ring, don’t be surprised if Bayley, IYO and Dakota get physically involved on Asuka’s behalf. This could potentially bring out Bianca Belair and other members of Team SmackDown for the save, evening the odds against Damage CTRL. The mass chaos and disorder could then lead to SmackDown General Manager Nick Aldis coming out with security and referees to try and regain control. In the end, Aldis may have no choice but to make the WarGames match official given the unrest between the two factions. This Charlotte Flair vs Asuka dream match could be the final spark that ignites the WarGames showdown at Survivor Series. Both women will be eager to get a leg up on the other before entering the dangerous double-ring enclosed cage in just a few weeks. A hard-hitting singles contest tonight could demonstrate who has the upper hand before their teams collide at the premium live event. Logan Paul captured the WWE United States Championship from Rey Mysterio at Crown Jewel, but he may have a new challenger in his sights. In a recent social media post, Paul took shots at several WWE superstars including LA Knight while jokingly trying to pawn off his newly won title. Knowing Paul’s tendency to use his platform to stir up controversy, his comments targeting Knight could foreshadow a future rivalry between the two. Though there is no clear number-one contender for Paul’s championship right now with Mysterio injured, Knight seems eager to step up to the self-proclaimed “New Face of WWE.” Paul claimed in his video that there’s no chance Knight would be taking the United States title from him anytime soon. He clearly sees the loud-mouthed Knight as an unworthy challenger. But Knight may have other plans in mind, hoping to dethrone the social media celebrity turned WWE Superstar. These two contrasting personalities and wrestling styles could make for an intriguing feud over the star-spangled championship. Knight relies on his technical prowess and veteran experience, while the rookie Paul brings flare and unpredictability. A championship match between them has the potential to be both entertaining and hard-hitting. Knight will likely take exception to Paul’s dismissive comments, forcing his way into the title picture on SmackDown. With Paul still new to WWE, facing an established veteran like Knight would be a great test to see if he really has what it takes to be a

WWE SmackDown Preview And Prediction: When And Where To Watch In USA & India – 17th November 2023

WWE SmackDown

This Friday night, wrestling fans are gearing up for an electrifying new episode of WWE SmackDown. The show airs live on November 17 from the Ford Center Evansville in Evansville, Indiana. With the Survivor Series 2023 pay-per-view just a week away, WWE is swiftly working to finalize match cards. This week’s SmackDown promises to feature some big bout bookings for the upcoming event. A major highlight will be the high-stakes showdown between LA Knight and Jimmy Uso. This intense rivalry began at WWE Crown Jewel. There, Jimmy Uso played a key role in spoiling Knight’s championship hopes against Roman Reigns. Looking for payback, last week on SmackDown Knight challenged Jimmy Uso to a match. Uso accepted the challenge. Now their clash is set as this week’s marquee main event segment. This promises hard hitting action and high drama. Many are curious how this bout will unfold. There is speculation that the match may end with no winner. This is because Solo Sikoa may get involved and attack Knight. As Jimmy Uso’s cousin, Sikoa could help Uso by ganging up on Knight. If this happens, it could set off a dramatic sequence of events. AJ Styles may return to save Knight from the 2-on-1 attack. Or Knight could fend off both men himself. This could prompt Knight to challenge Solo Sikoa to a 1-on-1 match at Survivor Series. Either way, outside interference could shape new feuds and alliances. With major title implications and personal pride on the line, LA Knight and Jimmy Uso will hold nothing back. Their issues erupted at Crown Jewel when Uso foiled Knight’s championship pursuit. Now in this marquee main event, both men have something to prove. It promises to be an explosive encounter filled with drama. The outcome could influence storylines headed into Survivor Series. Another major segment will see the return of Solo Sikoa, who will be accompanied by Paul Heyman. This marks Sikoa’s first appearance on SmackDown since attacking John Cena at Crown Jewel. No doubt Paul Heyman will use this platform to boast about that incident. Expect Heyman to give a grand introduction highlighting Sikoa’s dominance against Cena. He will likely warn about the consequences for anyone who dares to cross The Bloodline. Heyman’s promo skills will emphasize the faction’s supremacy in WWE. This will set the stage for LA Knight to interrupt Solo Sikoa and Paul Heyman. After losing his title match thanks to The Bloodline’s interference, Knight is seeking payback. He will confront Sikoa and remind him about the events at Crown Jewel. Knight may accuse Sikoa of needing help from The Usos and Roman Reigns to make an impact. This could lead to Knight challenging Sikoa to a one-on-one match at Survivor Series. Knight will want the opportunity to prove he can defeat Sikoa without outside factors coming into play. The tense exchange on the mic between LA Knight and Solo Sikoa will add fuel to this brewing rivalry. It may plant the seeds for a first-time-ever collision between the two at Survivor Series. With Paul Heyman adding his verbal barbs too, this promises to be a dramatic sequence fans won’t want to miss. Adding humor and arrogance to SmackDown will be the segment featuring Austin Theory and Grayson Waller. These two are likely to mock the suspended Kevin Owens following last week’s attack. They will boast about getting Owens suspended and claim he got what he deserved. This overconfidence could backfire when the SmackDown General Manager interrupts them. He will remind Theory and Waller that their actions have consequences. In response, he may book a match between Austin Theory and Kevin Owens at Survivor Series. This would allow Owens to get payback against Theory on the big stage in Chicago. The GM could position the match as an opportunity for Theory to back up his words against an enraged Owens. Theory’s celebration will be short-lived when the reality of facing Owens sets in. This match announcement would add more fuel to the rivalry between Owens and Theory. The women’s division will also continue building towards a huge WarGames clash. Last week, Asuka and Kairi Sane joined forces with Damage CTRL. This expanded the heel faction into a dominant five-person unit. They overwhelmed Charlotte Flair and Bianca Belair in the main event. This week, Flair and Belair may even the odds by bringing in allies of their own. Expect superstars like Alexa Bliss, Liv Morgan and Raquel Rodriguez to come to their aid. This will spark another massive brawl with both sides seeking to send a message. Eventually, SmackDown GM Nick Aldis will arrive with security and referees. They will attempt to restore order in the chaos. Once the scene settles down, Aldis will likely announce a WarGames Match between the two teams. This will give them a sanctioned environment to settle their rivalry at Survivor Series. The WarGames stipulation favors Damage CTRL’s numbers advantage. However, it also allows Flair and Belair to legally bring in more partners. This unique double-cage match is known historically for brutality and bloodshed. There is no doubt these fierce women will look to tear each other apart inside the intimidating steel structure. With championship opportunities also potentially on the line, the stakes make this one of the most hotly anticipated confrontations. The ongoing brawl on SmackDown will add more animosity to what is already a heated rivalry. By the end, it should be clear that a dangerous collision inside WarGames awaits at Survivor Series. For fans in the United States, SmackDown will air live on Peacock at 8 PM ET/5 PM PT. Meanwhile, Indian audiences can tune in to Sony Ten 1 and Sony Ten 3 channels at 6:30 AM IST on Saturday. Fans in Europe can watch SmackDown on TNT Sport. Wherever you are in the world, you can witness the action and excitement of SmackDown’s stops on the road to Survivor Series.

3 Talking Points From Tonight’s Episode Of WWE Smackdown – 10th November 2023

WWE SmackDown

WWE SmackDown on the 10th of November, 2023, left fans in a whirlwind of excitement and shock, especially in the aftermath of Crown Jewel 2023. Among the standout moments, Santos Escobar’s heel turn against Rey Mysterio stands out as a pivotal event that has reshaped the landscape of the show. This article delves into the significant ramifications and potential future storylines stemming from this shocking twist. Santos Escobar’s alignment with Rey Mysterio had initially signaled a new era for Legado del Fantasma, giving the group an unprecedented level of credibility. With Mysterio’s legendary status in the wrestling world, his involvement provided a huge boost to Escobar, Joaquin Wilde, Cruz del Toro, and Zelina Vega. Vega, in particular, enjoyed a career highlight representing the group in San Juan at Backlash earlier this year. This alliance seemed to be a win-win situation for everyone involved. However, the seeds of discord were subtly planted with the group’s string of losses since their graduation from “NXT.” These defeats foreshadowed an impending fallout, and it came to a head when Carlito confronted Escobar about his way of ‘protecting’ Mysterio at Crown Jewel. This confrontation set the stage for Escobar’s shocking betrayal. His attack on Mysterio, coupled with the words “You were my hero. It was supposed to be us,” marked a significant turning point for Escobar’s character. This heel turn opens up a plethora of storytelling possibilities. The most immediate and apparent is the inevitable feud between Escobar and Mysterio. This storyline has the potential to be a classic, given the emotional depth and history between the characters. Moreover, there’s intrigue surrounding how Cruz and del Toro will respond to their leader’s actions. Will they continue to support Escobar, or will they question his motives and methods? Zelina Vega’s role in this new dynamic is also a point of interest. Her reaction to Escobar’s actions could introduce a new female perspective into the storyline, potentially leading to more complex and layered narratives. Additionally, there’s the intriguing possibility of Dominik Mysterio getting involved. Given Rey’s recent failures with both his biological and adopted sons, Dominik’s intervention could add another layer to the already rich storyline. The second major talking point from tonight’s WWE SmackDown episode revolves around the unexpected yet incredibly entertaining role of Kevin Owens at the commentary desk. Owens, known for his charisma and wit, took over the role from Corey Graves, who was absent due to personal reasons. His presence at the commentary table added a fresh and humorous dimension to the show, making it a standout episode. Kevin Owens’ natural flair for commentary shone brightly throughout the night. His unique take on the matches, coupled with his humorous telestrations involving Grayson Waller and Austin Theory, kept the audience both engaged and amused. It’s not just about the words he says; it’s how he says them. Owens has a knack for adding a humorous twist to his commentary, making the viewing experience much more enjoyable. What made Owens’ stint at the commentary desk even more impactful was the storyline integration. His playful jabs at Waller and Theory weren’t just for laughs—they played a crucial part in moving their ongoing feud forward. Despite instructions from General Manager Nick Aldis to avoid physical involvement, Owens couldn’t resist confronting Waller and Theory, leading to a physical altercation. This not only spiced up the episode but also enriched the storyline, making it more dynamic and engaging. In light of his exceptional performance, there’s a growing demand among fans for Owens to have more stints at the commentary desk. His ability to blend humor with insightful commentary makes him a valuable asset in this role. Even when battling a cold, Owens’ commentary was a breath of fresh air, proving that his talents extend far beyond the ring. WWE would do well to consider featuring him in this capacity more often, not only for the entertainment value but also for the unique perspective he brings to the commentary team. The third and final talking point from the latest episode of WWE SmackDown is centered around Asuka’s stunning heel turn and her alliance with Damage CTRL. This development has sparked a wave of reactions among fans and analysts, with many seeing it as a pivotal moment in the current WWE storyline. Asuka, previously known for her role as a babyface, has reverted to a heel character, a role in which many argue she excels. Her heel persona, which was notably missed after she lost the WWE Women’s Championship at Summerslam, brings a more dynamic and intense aspect to her character. This recent turn not only rejuvenates her role but also adds an intriguing layer to the ongoing narrative in the WWE women’s division. The logic behind Asuka’s heel turn, though surprising to some, makes sense upon deeper examination. Asuka’s connections in the WWE are complex, especially with Kairi Sane, with whom she formed the Kabuki Warriors. This history, coupled with her previous partnership with IYO SKY in STARDOM and the brief alliance of SKY and Sane as the Sky Pirates in “NXT,” lays a foundation for her decision. It’s not just a random turn; it’s rooted in a web of past relationships and alliances, making it a calculated and strategic move. Moreover, Asuka joining Damage CTRL adds a new dynamic to the group and its internal power structure. Bayley, the group’s leader, seems to be losing her grip, and Asuka’s addition, alongside Kairi and IYO, fortifies the faction. This development hints at a potential shift in power within the group, setting up intriguing possibilities for future storylines. The potential of a women’s WarGames match at Survivor Series with this revamped group adds another layer of excitement. Asuka’s heel turn and her new alliance have opened up a range of storytelling possibilities. From internal power struggles within Damage CTRL to renewed rivalries and alliances, the narrative paths are numerous and compelling. This move not only revitalizes Asuka’s character but also invigorates the entire women’s division, promising exciting developments in the

3 Reasons Why Kevin Owens Got Suspended From Latest Episode Of WWE Smackdown

Kevin Owens

In the world of WWE, every episode of SmackDown brings its own set of surprises and controversies, and the latest episode was no exception. The center of attention this time was none other than Kevin Owens, a former Universal Champion is known for his fiery demeanor and no-nonsense attitude. Owens, who was filling in for Corey Graves on commentary, found himself in hot water, leading to a potential suspension. Here are the three key reasons why Owens might be facing this disciplinary action. The stage was set for drama before the SmackDown episode even began. SmackDown General Manager Nick Aldis made a crucial decision allowing Kevin Owens to replace Corey Graves on commentary. Graves was away celebrating a joyous occasion, the arrival of his new baby with his wife Carmella. However, Aldis set a clear and non-negotiable condition for Owens: he must not engage physically with anyone during the show. This rule was a precaution, considering Owens’ history of confrontations. Owens agreed to these terms, even donning a tie to signify his temporary role as a commentator rather than a competitor. The main event featuring LA Knight and Grayson Waller became the flashpoint of the night. During their intense bout, Owens couldn’t help but take verbal jabs at the Aussie star, Waller. His commentary was filled with mockery and taunts, escalating tensions. Owens even utilized a telestrator to highlight and ridicule moments from a previous episode where he had punched both Waller and Austin Theory simultaneously. This act of mocking went beyond mere commentary, crossing into personal vendetta territory, which didn’t sit well with Waller and Theory. The situation boiled over when Waller and Theory confronted Owens while he was still at the commentary table. Their provocation, which included physical pushing and the humiliating act of pouring water over Owens’ head, triggered a response that would seal Owens’ fate for the night. In a moment of heated retaliation, Owens, known for his short fuse, reacted impulsively. He chased after Waller and Theory, engaging them in a physical altercation on the aisleway. This action was a direct violation of the stipulation set by General Manager Nick Aldis. By laying his hands on other WWE stars, Owens broke the cardinal rule he had agreed to abide by at the start of the show. This breach was not just a lapse in judgment but a clear disregard for the authority and rules set by the management. The aftermath of this incident is straightforward yet significant. Kevin Owens’ actions have put him in a precarious position, with a suspension looming over his head. This potential suspension is not just about missing a few episodes of SmackDown. It represents a setback in his career, a dent in his reputation, and a reminder of the consequences of impulsive actions in a professional setting. Owens’ suspension, if it materializes, would serve as a cautionary tale for other WWE superstars. It underscores the importance of professionalism, respect for authority, and adherence to the rules set by the management, regardless of personal grievances or provocations. For Owens, it’s a hard lesson in self-control and the repercussions of letting emotions dictate actions in the high-stakes world of WWE. In conclusion, the events leading to Kevin Owens’ potential suspension from the latest episode of WWE SmackDown are a blend of rule-breaking, provocation, and physical retaliation. These incidents highlight the fine line between maintaining character and crossing into unprofessional conduct. As the WWE universe awaits the final decision on Owens’ fate, this episode will undoubtedly be remembered as a dramatic and cautionary chapter in SmackDown’s storied history
