Dominik Mysterio Reveals His Reaction And What He Did After WrestleMania 39

9 months ago By Sports Desk

Dominik Mysterio received a paddling at WrestleMania 39 when his father, Rey Mysterio, not only beat him in a one-on-one match but also hit him in the butt with the belt. Unfortunately, that didn’t make his son start behaving well since then he has done even worse. He has also done better because he has not stopped growing individually and as a member of The Judgment Day, a faction that is in the best of its moments today.

But let’s go back to this year’s great event to find out what Dirty Dom did afterwards. The young fighter recently told Metro.” After the fight, I returned to my hotel room. We were in Los Angeles, so there were food stands outside our hotel. It was around 2 in the morning, and I was alone with my best friend, Daniel. I texted him and said, ‘Hey, I’m going to go get some food, I’m not too tired,’ because I still had adrenaline. I went with him, we went out and bought some hot dogs .”

It wasn’t anything spectacular, but it might be surprising that Dominik did something as normal for a guy as simply going out to dinner with his best friend. This after having lived the greatest moment of his career, one that he surely dreamed of during his childhood.

On the other hand, the NXT North American Champion also explains how it felt to fight with his father in WM:

“I realized it and thought: ‘My God… I just fought against my dad at Wrestlemania. This is quite surreal. ‘And then I thought, ‘Damn, and I beat him!'” Next week, on WWE RAW, Dominik Mysterio will expose the title against Dragon Lee. And if everything goes well in No Mercy in 2023 he will do it against Mustafa Ali.
