Becky Lynch Welcomes Jade Cargill Says ‘I Think It’s Great’

9 months ago By Sports Desk

In the world of professional wrestling, the landscape is constantly evolving, and new talent emerges to make their mark on the industry. One of the recent developments that has captured the attention of both fans and insiders is the arrival of Jade Cargill in WWE.

The former AEW TBS Champion’s signing with the WWE on a multi-year contract has generated relatively high buzz and speculation about what the future holds for her in the world of sports entertainment.

Becky Lynch, the reigning NXT Women’s Champion and one of the most prominent and beloved figures in WWE, recently shared her thoughts on Jade Cargill’s transition to the company. In an interview with The New York Post, Lynch discussed Cargill’s signing and what it means for the women’s division in WWE.

Lynch’s response to Cargill’s arrival was positive and supportive of the expansion of women’s wrestling across different promotions. She recognized Cargill’s potential but also emphasized the hard work required when stepping into WWE’s competitive environment.

“I watch all the products. I think it’s great. More women with more platforms. I think she has a lot of work to do when she gets here, but if she is willing to do that, just look at her. She’s a star. It’s more people for me to get in the ring with and kick their asses,” Lynch stated.

Becky Lynch’s words reflect her passionate and competitive nature. As a Grand Slam Champion in WWE, she has consistently pushed the boundaries of women’s wrestling and has been a driving force behind the women’s evolution in the company. Her willingness to face new challenges and opponents is evident in her upcoming NXT Women’s Championship defense.

Fresh off her Grand Slam achievement, Lynch is scheduled to defend her NXT Women’s Championship against Tiffany Stratton in an Extreme Rules Match at the upcoming NXT No Mercy event. If she successfully retains her title, Lynch will then defend it against Tegan Nox on the following episode of Monday Night Raw.

With both Becky Lynch and Jade Cargill now part of WWE’s women’s division, fans can’t help but anticipate potential matchups between these two incredible athletes. Their clashes inside the ring could lead to some unforgettable moments and rivalries, adding an extra layer of excitement to WWE’s women’s wrestling landscape. As both wrestlers will battle for greatness in WWE, their journeys promise to captivate fans and leave an indelible mark on the world of professional wrestling.
