AEW Collision Result And Report For 30 September 2023: Highlight, Match Ratings, Winners And Losers

2 years ago By Jhon Woug

Seattle, Washington, hosted Collision right before WrestleDream. The timing couldn’t have been better, as the Superstars look to cut through the lines and make way for themselves. The updated match card was revealed to fans a while ago so that they too could relate to what’s to come. The stakes were high, and we were certainly met with some surprises as the countdown to WrestleDream ends.

Andrade El Idolo vs. Juice Robinson

The match began with both men measuring each other, followed by a clever submission attempt by Andrade. Juice Robinson quickly regrouped, only to find himself at the receiving end of the three amigos. The Gunns, however, make their presence felt at ringside as Juice Robinson hits the Frogs splash for a 2-count. Juice Robinson smelled victory when he hit a vicious power bomb but was denied a two-count. Justice arrived when the referee sent the miscreants backstage, and Andrade gallantly beat Juice Robinson.

Winner: Andrade El Idolo

The Kingdom vs. Best Friends

Matt Tavern and Mike Bennett took on the team of Trent Beretta and Chuck Taylor. A swift and fast-paced match saw all four men down on the ground within minutes of starting. Tavern hit a quick swinging neckbreaker and taunted his opponent, only to be later slammed on the steel steps.

In the final stages of the match, Mike Bennett hit two low blows, and the Kingdom secured the win with a piledriver.

Winners: The Kingdom

Julia Hart vs. Vertvixen

This match was all Julia Hart from the moment the bell rang. She caught Vertvixen in the ropes for a choke before connecting with kicks. The finish came when Hart hit a moonsault on Vertvixen to pick up the win.

Winner: Julia Hart

Kenny Omega and Jericho vs. Gates of Agony

A match that proved how two big and celebrated names can coexist Jericho and Kenny Omega have had careers that few can only dream of. Jericho, who was quickly cornered early on in the match, proved his resilience by ending the match later with the lion tamer on Kaun, who tapped out.

Winners: Kenny Omega and Chris Jericho

The Righteous vs. Travis and Judas

A match that was a stepping stone for the righteous to step onto and challenge the AEW roster proved just that. Travis and Judas had little to no chance, and the tide never really turned for them. The Righteous soon proved why they are one of the most dominant tag teams in all of wrestling as they made quick work of their opponents.

Winners: The Righteous.

This episode marks the end of the road for some as we finally make our way to WrestleDream. Expect fireworks and surprises, but till then, please subscribe to our newsletter to never miss an update.
