Anthony Joshua: “I Face Challenges Head-On,” Confirms Agreements With Tyson Fury And Deontay Wilder

9 months ago By Jhon Woug

Polished with a never-dumbing feature, Anthony Joshua’s power station in the boxing world is unquestionable. This shows that he has been able to secure two heavyweight world championships, ensuring that he is in the top-tier category of fighters from Britain. However, such a criticism of his career path is in no way justifiable, as his record is devoid of the kinds of great opponents that could be likened to Tyson Fury and Deontay Wilder, who are among the greatest heavyweights in boxing.

In a featured interview with Joshua, he explained to the audience that, for some reason, he had not been able to have a fight with Fury and Wilder. In spite of him mentioning little about the passed-up opportunities, what remains unwavering is his defiance in the determined confrontation of every barrier he is faced with. After 34 years, the “who’s next in the ring?” question was nailed down; only the unpredictable developments were standing in the way of the very duels.

Joshua made particular complaints, saying that at times it is simply annoying. Regardless of meetings with some legal shallow notepad and officials that are contracted during fight weeks, the desired match still echoes them as the fans are incessantly following it. Joshua confirmed that, at present, he implies that the idea of a possible future battle is not completely lost to him.

Right from the start, Joshua disclosed that he was excited to fight top stars. Murphy has always accepted hard fights with Klitschko or Usyk in the ring. But he will face any challenge in the ring bravely. Notwithstanding the hair-raising moments of Fury and Wilder, Joshua is rockhard; he won’t go astray from ‘doing good business’ and would meet any hazard or even any adversity and challenge with his head up.

“Reflecting on my career,” Joshua claimed, “I realised something: this time signing the contracts means that I can step up my business excellence and be able to fight Fury and Wilder, among the many others, in good business practices. We don’t even hold back the punches—this is what veterans from the ring do all the time.

Indeed, Josh understands the critical issues in accepting the Ngannou, the former UFC fight, while preparing for his upcoming fight and challenging himself against major opponents. The expectations from their coming fight have been building newly in the fights coordinated all the more intensely subsequent to Ngannou’s last fight with Fury of the WBC; hence, Joshua is ready to analyse how he stacks up against the present WBC champion.

In this fight, the second round with Tyson Fury Ngannou was noticeable, as he needed to find him back. He recognises the skills and abilities he needed to study in this fight, and it is important for him to judge his skills so that he can make the appropriate improvements.

Now Joshua knows each opportunity of the war as a chance to elevate his current state to a higher level. He keeps pushing his own limits in his continuous efforts to achieve, and this generates a tendency in him towards bigger improvement. The stronger the opponents he faces, the bigger and stronger he becomes; this is the fuel to reach higher altitudes if excellence is what he really wants.

“I think someone must always have an inflated ego in this game,”  said Joshua, trying to underline that he never made a misjudgment about other people. “Never make the mistake of thinking that others are inferior; you are better to think that they are great than to be taken off-guard.”

For Joshua, boxing is about not much more than the sport itself; boxing is a trip into the unknown, exploring his deepest emotions. He is taught how each individual bout teaches him about his own potential and motivates him to work on increasing his speed and strength, as well as being persistent in his pursuit in the ring. The quest for excellence contains in itself all the factors, and it means more than the mere winning of trophies, as it is also equal to rising above the limits by making impossible things possible.

During the course of the journey of an unremarkable man towards excellence, Joshua mused on the target for his ultimate self-accomplishment. He questioned the limits of his mind and pondered: “Is my brain an eternal victor with a never-ending task ahead of him, or am I reaching a point where I will have to give up?”

With his heart set on the Ngannou’s fight, which is lined up for the 8th of March in Saudi Arabia, Joshua is unequivocally committed to the task at hand. As he fights Joshua, furry and wilder plans seem to escape from his thoughts, but at present, he is concentrating on the fact of who he is fighting with. In every bout he goes, he advertises himself with no diminutions as one of boxing’s biggest bottles—he is a man who does not hesitate to face challenges or difficulties.
