5 Active WWE Superstars Who May Retire Following Their Injury Issue
An injured Superstar can be an asset or a liability depending on when they are brought back. If however they are unable to come back, The organisation may not have any other reason but to term their style too risky or call them too soft and send them packing. On that note, here are 5 active WWE Superstars who may retire following their injury issue:
BRAY WYATT
Bray Wyatt is one superstar who bought the X factor to WWE. Him being in the room alone catches everyone’s attention. Bray Wyatt’s career was almost over after he suffered a serious illness back in May this year. Mike Rotunda, Bray’s father has kept the fans updated and hinted that the Fiend might be back to the squared circle very soon.
Motivation is something but health is no joke. Bray Wyatt may now be a shadow of his former self and may never be seen again in WWE.
ALEXA BLISS
From Bray Wyatt to Sister Abigale, the list of potential main eventers out of action is immense . Alexa Bliss has been out of action and rightfully so as she and her singer husband Ryan Cabrera are expecting a new member in their family. Alexa Bliss will soon come back stronger and just like Becky Lynch, be the best mother around. Combatsports247 congratulates Alexa Bliss and wishes her all the happiness there is. Many Superstars don’t wish to come back to the squared circle and we just hope Alexa Bliss makes her way back .
BRAUN STROWMAN
The Monster among Men is having a hard time being out of action for so long. Braun Strowman is a Superstar who should be in the title picture . The Strongman has been out of action since June. A Critical Neck fusion surgery is what was needed as the Monster looks to march back to the ring to ‘ Get These Hands’ on his next Prey. But a neck injury can stop you from lifting heavy weights and throwing people around. This may limit the Monster among men and he may find it hard to get back to his former self.
RANDY ORTON
On our list is the Legend Killer who has been out with a back injury since May last year. Randy Orton is one of the last of the OVW Stars to be around and a well rested Viper is what the fans want to see. His RKO’s to Ricchochet, Evan Bourne and The Messiah are played almost every week on shows to remind us that he is still the best when he needs his reflexes. Fans remember a young Randy Orton from the Ruthless Aggression Era, who used to ask them for support when he was out with a shoulder injury. We all know the history he made after that.
BIG E
Little do fans know that this lovable big guy started off as Dolph Ziggler and A J Lee’s bodyguard. Big E Langston was always a sight to behold with the swole New Day Member giving the fans a ton of moments to cherish about. A nasty landing on his Neck is what caused it to break. March 11, 2022 is when we last saw him in the ring. Though he will take a while to come back, the 37 year old is pursuing other interests like acting and comedy in the meantime. Sadly we are still waiting for the big man to appear but it looks like it may be far away.
